Music – The 1975
The 1975’s 2016 I Like It When You Sleep For You Are So Beautiful is a collection of catchy, electronic, 80s pop inspired yet eclectic tracks. It’s an hour and 15 of tracks that can sound completely different but is so worth it as it’s a fabulous listening experience. Love Me and Nana are two examples of how songs being a completely different tempo but work so well on the same album. It’s a must listen.

If you’re an avid instagrammer, like most of us, you’ve probably seen your fair share of peonies. We’re going shift the focus, though, to hydrangeas. Beautiful blooms that are just summer in a bouquet!

Movie - Pulp Fiction
This one’s a throwback. Probably one of the best Tarantino movies and greatest movies made, in general, Pulp Fiction is just what you need if you’re spending the Friday night in.
Activity - Colouring book
If you’re not a natural creative but have always wanted to try your hand and train yourself to be more creative, look no further than adult colouring books, which therapists have been using them for years because of the calming effect colouring has on people. You can learn how to pair colours, mix them and find out which ones work best and who knows, it could inspire you to create your first, real piece of artwork!
This one by Millie Marotta will have you in a state of zen in no time
