With summer here it’s the time for rocking shorts, skirts, mini skirts or if you’re super bold and sassy, short shorts and micro skirts.

Walking is one of the most underrated exercises but it’s so important for you to know how walking can contribute to giving you great legs. It’s low impact, enjoyable, free, and for those of us who aren’t a fan of sweating during exercise (guilty!) non-strenuous. Walking regularly tones your bum, thighs and calves. To mix it up and get the best out of each session, you can try to take shorter but quicker steps; try longer distances and walking up hills or on soft surfaces such as grass or sand, which will make your muscles work that little bit harder and to stay motivated, get yourself a pedometer so you can set goals for every session and crush them.
