We are open for business. However, we do want to let you know that services may be disrupted which may lead to delays in getting your parcels. ❤️
For international customers we aim to maintain the same service we usually provide. We would like to mention that on a country-by-country basis, there might be delays to normal services.
Services to the international countries we deliver to will continue to operate. However, there might be delays with varying levels of visibility of tracking events and the capture of signatures (if a Tracked Service has been selected).
Due to the current COVID-19 crisis, all postal services within Italy are now subject to Extraordinary Measures. Therefore, at present, we will be suspending all orders from Italy.
Correos has implemented special measures in order to reduce the risk of spread of COVID-19. Therefore, customers should expect delays to their deliveries.
